Township Complaint Procedure
The proper way to file a township complaint is to contact the Zoning Inspector and request a Complaint Form. This form must be completed and returned to the Zoning Inspector prior to any investigation or any action being taken. You can DOWNLOAD COMPLAINT FORM HERE.
The complaint form is a public record. No complaints over the phone or in letter form will be addressed, unless this form is completed and returned to the zoning office.

You Know that anyone in the County that disturbs 1 acre or more of
soil needs a Erosion and Sediment Control Permit from the County Soil
& Water per EPA Rules except agricultural interests.

ZONING BOARDS SEEKING INTERESTED MEMBERS
Carlisle Township is currently seeking individuals who would be willing to serve as members or alternates for the Township's Zoning Commission Board or the Township's Board of Zoning Appeals. Individuals must be a resident of Carlisle Township, over eighteen years of age, and available on Wednesday evenings. These positions pay a stipend per meeting, site visits and seminars.
